How to Spend the Dreamiest Girls’ Weekend in Perth
If you’re dreaming of a getaway that combines serenity, great food, and a touch of indulgence — COMO The Treasury in Perth delivers the goods in spades. I recently spent a girls’ weekend there and honestly? Heaven.
Step one: Check into your light-filled, elegant room and let the calm wash over you. The rooms are all about quiet luxury — think minimalist interiors, soaring ceilings, and that unmistakable COMO sense of stillness that hits the moment you walk in. We slipped into robes almost immediately and headed straight for the 20-metre indoor pool. Serene doesn’t even begin to cover it.
As the sun dipped lower, we wandered downstairs to the Wine Merchant for a pre-dinner glass of something chilled and lovely — the kind of spot where you could easily settle in for the night. But dinner was calling, and we couldn’t wait for spicy, share-style plates at Long Chim. Fun, vibrant, and packed with flavour. It is a must!
After a ridiculously good sleep (we were in a Studio Suite, and honestly, those beds are like clouds!), we eased into the morning with breakfast at Post. Slow, relaxed, and absolutely delicious (PSA – don’t skip the omelette!).
We spent our Saturday morning strolling through Kings Park, soaking in those city meets nature views, followed by a laid-back meander through the markets, galleries and laneways of Fremantle, an easy Uber away and the perfect place to wander without a plan.
That night, we dialled things up with dinner at Wildflower. Perched on the rooftop of the hotel. This place is next-level. Native ingredients, six season inspired menus and floor-to-ceiling views over the city, it felt elevated in every sense of the word. A beautiful way to wrap up the trip.
